Some don't know how versatile a roast can be. Makes for a wonderful Sunday night dinner with maybe some "Planned overs." Slow cooker for shredded beef, grind cold, cooked roast beef for a sandwich spread. It's actually one of my favorite cuts just because I can get so much out of one roast.
