We price per weight. If this cut is selected you will be paying for the base weight and will be invoiced for a product that is heavier than represented here. Invoice needs to be honored before or on pickup.
 
A good steak on a buget. Deep beef flavor and with a little more time cooking it, it's a wonderful option if your watching the pennies (who isn't right?!) Great for weeknight dinners and also a great option to slice up and use in strips if you would like.
