Haskap jam-From a fruit not commonly known, hardy for cold winters and early barring haskap berries are something special. Supposedly higher in antioxidants than elder berries, haskap berries are tart- sweet with a flavor combination of raspberry and blue berry. They remind me of the wild mountain huckleberry that some of us know and love. I have them growing in my yard. Non sprayed.

Pepper Jelly- made from an over abundance of orange snacking peppers from Mel's garden. Prefect for a savory snack with cream cheese and crackers.
