We price per weight. If this cut is selected you will be paying for the base wght and will be invoiced for a product that is heavier than represented here. Invoice needs to be honored before or on pickup.
 
Perfect for a bone broth. Bone chucks that hold a large amount of marrow to them to render down for bone broth. Or do you have a certain canine friend that you want to give a treat to that will keep them occupied for awhile. Knuckle bones would be a good choice for either.
