Soup bones can always bring the comfort food you desire most when the weather grows cold. Cross cut of a large bone so you have plenty of flavor of rendered out marrow but also meat to make your soups with some substance. Throw it in the crock pot and you will have shreddable meat within 6 to 8 hours. Use it all for a wonderful soup or seperate it out and use the stock for gravys or flavoring of another dish and then the meat for cassoroles or your favorite comfort dish.
