Aroma therapy for your shower. I started making these 10 years ago, and the people who loved them then still love them now. Help relieve a stuffy nose and sinus congestion or help take the edge off a headache (migraines, too). It's definitely not a cure, but sometimes just a 20-minute warm shower can be enough to help you get through what ails you. 
Ingredients: baking soda, citric acid, essential oils, fragrance oils, which hazel
Directions for use: place in the bottom of the shower out of direct shower spray and allow the scent to come up with the steam. 
2 tabs per package, lasting about 20 minutes each. If you dont take a 20-minute shower, pick it up and place it in a spot it can dry and resuse again. 
Each tab is approximately 3.5 oz.
